When will I get my order? 

  • We ship MyJulz orders on business days. If you order over the weekend, it will be shipped the next business day.  If you order before 12pm AEST on a business day, we will do our best to dispatch your order the same business day, otherwise it will be the next day (unless we contact to inform that there has been a problem with your order).   
  • From dispatch, orders typically take 3 - 5 business days to reach our customers in Australia. For international customers, it usually takes between 7 - 12 business days.  Please note that there may be longer processing times during peak sale and holiday periods.

Can I track my order?

  • Yes, once an order is successfully placed, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Can I return a MyJulz piece?

How do I care for my jewellery?

  • Sadly, exposure to sun, salt and most chemicals and creams degrades your jewellery. For more information, please consult our guide on how to best care for your MyJulz piece.  

Where is MyJulz jewellery coming from?

  • We source unique, high quality handmade jewellery South Africa with a few pieces from North America. 
  • We work with creative talent around the globe and in all cases, we do our best to ensure that the manufacturers comply with our ethics around safe and fair labour practices, as well as sustainability.
  • All MyJulz pieces are shipped directly from Northern NSW. 

Discount codes, how do they work? 

  • If you have a discount code, you will be asked to type it in at checkout before making payment of the balance outstanding. 

Do I need to be home when my order arrives?  

  • No, if you are not home it will be left in a safe place.
  • If your plans change and you want it sent to another address, please contact us at heygirl@myjulz.com.au.
