Refund Policy

At MyJulz, we aim to ensure that all customers are absolutely over the moon with their purchase. If you aren't happy, then we aren't happy. But occasionally, like life, things go wrong. If you are looking to return your MyJulz piece, please read further.

All Products

  • You can return all products except: 
    • Earrings (in the interests of hygiene);
    • Broken chains (please see our the product care sheet included with your purchase and the following information page); and
    • Items bought on promotion or during flash sales.
  • Full priced items can be refunded in full or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, minus all shipping charges.
  • All returned goods must be unused, unworn or otherwise undamaged.

Damaged Goods

  • We would never intentionally send you damaged goods, but in the unlikely event that it arrives and is defective/damaged, please notify us within 24 hours and send a picture to look@myjulz, together with your order number.
  • If found to be defective, please wrap it up nicely and send back to us in its original packaging.
  • Upon receipt, we will assess and if found to be defective/damaged, we will provide you with a full refund and 10% discount voucher for your trouble.
  • Please note that if we aren't notified within 24 hours of delivery, we unfortunately will not be able to issue a refund.
